The
first Pekingese came to our house 2o years ago
and he brought much happiness with him, that
little dog woke our fascination.
My
husband often told me how wonderful he thought a
Japanese Chin was, and 15 years ago we got our
first Japanese from Sweden.
We
have been active in the competition since 1975,
at that time we had a German shepherd. Together
we have been running a modest but nice rewarded
breeding. We do not breed or house German
shepherd any more.
We
are so lucky that we both like to exhibit our
dogs, yes I would say we are very diligent
exhibitors. We have earlier participated in
every show in Denmark and a lot in foreign
countries. In the year 1998 and 1999 we have the
most winning Pekingese in Denmark, and in the
year 2003 and 2004 we have Danish kennel Clubs
most winning Japanese Chin, the same bitch was
Europe winner both in the year 2003 and 2004,
for the time being I do dare to write, that this
bitch is one of the most winning in the whole of
Europe at present, and probably the most winning
Danish breeding Japanese Chin.
It
is our evidently position never ever to have
more dogs than we will be able to talk, play and
pet with all of them every single day. The fact
that the dogs most get out for walks every day
are just as important to us.
Our
dogs can and may be all over the house and by
that we feel like them being a natural part of
our family.
We
really want to breed good family dogs, and by
that we mean the dogs most contain a nice temper,
be typical for the breed and have a harmonious
appearance all of that not only gives us
something nice to look at every day but as an
extra profit the dogs are doing so well at the
exhibitions.
We set great store by finding
our puppies some really nice homes and families
and we will gladly help new owners to get the
hang of having a Pekingese or a Japanese Chin.
